In July of 2005, Ramon A. Cue & Assoc. P.A. opened its doors to the public in the Lincoln Road area of South Beach. Armed with a clear vision of what a modern law firm should and should not be, the firm began from the ground up by implementing a system of pragmatism, transparency, honesty, efficiency and collegiality in the practice of law. The economic downturn of 2008 impacted every segment of the economy at that time, but CueLaw beat the odds and continued its upward trajectory by continuing its mission of establishing deep roots in the business community and offering much-needed legal services at reasonable pricing structures.
In 2014, the firm expanded its presence to middle Tennessee where it is now located. Mr. Cue remains a fully licensed Florida attorney and, because of the trust developed in the So. Florida community during the preceding decade, many Florida clients still choose to call the firm for their legal matters.
To date, Mr. Cue has been involved in hundreds of probate and estate planning matters and has been the lead counsel of record in countless residential and commercial real estate closings. After establishing roots in Tennessee, he has focused a significant portion of his practice toward helping Spanish-speakers in the region with their legal needs.
Let us help you with your legal issue.
Finding the right attorney is not an easy task, and hiring one can be even more difficult. At our law office, we have a policy of searching for the most cost-efficient and least intrusive solution for each client’s issue. A small consultation fee is assessed to each new client to cover the cost of our attorney’s time with you. In an age where many lawyers will offer prospects a free consultation as an incentive to book, we choose to stand behind our service and firmly believe that the advice you will receive at that meeting is well worth a small investment of time and resources.
Ramon Alejandro Cue
Ray began his career as an associate at a small, boutique firm in Coral Gables, FL where 98% of the clients were Spanish-speaking only. There, he handled the firm’s estate planning practice and also counseled clients on specific real estate matters. After earning his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.), he founded his firm and over the next decade he dedicated his professional life to serving the people of So. Florida and assisting them with their estate planning, probate, guardianship and real estate issues.
Now in his 15th year of practice, Ray continues to help clients with their estate, probate and real property needs. He actively accepts guardian ad litem court appointments in juvenile and probate matters and he is in his second year as an adjunct professor of legal studies at Nashville State Community College. Ray is a devout Catholic and husband, and he attributes much of the happiness and success he’s enjoyed in life to God’s love. When he’s not in the office or in court, you can usually find him touring around by motorcycle or sending hard down a snowy slope on skis.
